Cameras are incorporated into the site for either security or convenience. Access to the cameras is available to residents only in locations that are appropriate.

 

Cameras help the body corporate manage behavior of tenants and residents alike, and to recover costs for loss or damage and cleaning services.

 

Different cameras and camera lenses are selected based on the detail of the image, the location of the camera or the ambient lighting conditions.

 

Convenience cameras are generally wide-angle low resolution to ensure that privacy is not compromised.


The Cameras connect directly to any point on the Signature™ network and do not need any additional cabling.


The Camera system is fully integrated with the other Signature™ functions. A change in a camera image (i.e. movement) can be used to trigger an alarm or turn on a light.

Depending on the illumination, the D12Di-Night will automatically

Hastings over Mindil is located at the entrance to the Darwin CBD, on an elevated site overlooking the Botanical Gardens. The project was marketed on 4 platforms - location, lifestyle, security and technology, with Signature™ featuring heavily in all promotional material and marketing initiatives.

 

The Development incorporates 84 apartments in two 7 storey towers set in expansive landscaped grounds.
Comprising 3 or 4 bedrooms, the apartments were designed specifically for the middle aged executive market with features including fitness, sporting and recreational services. The project achieved an unprecedented $31M in pre-sales, exceeding all previous residential sales levels and records in Darwin, with Signature™ credited with a great deal of that success.
