FIBRE TO THE HOME SOLUTION All building communication services are carried over a single fibre optic cable to each tenancy, dramatically reducing the complexity of electrical services design & installation, and minimising both cost and risk to the developer. Services incorporated include:

PHONES Fully functional phone system (fax and phone), allowing the developer or caretaker to resell phone services to residents whilst saving the residents costly monthly service charges. Incorporates an intercom system for guests to make free internal calls.

 

 

INTERNET The fibre system allows internet speeds of up to 1 Gbps. The system also allows the developer to make additional revenue by acquiring wholesale Internet services and reselling to the end user.

 

FREE TO AIR AND PAY TELEVISION The single fibre system allows Free-to-Air and Pay TV to be delivered over fibre, thus removing the need for an additional coaxial network into multiple television outlets.
